Aberwyck Apartments

I have been living in Aberwyck since 2012. Mainly due to school district and convenience. And since FRG Inc. took over and renovated the whole building, it's like living in our own new house. All the amenities, including health hot water heat and valet trash, 24X7 maintenance in case of emergency and the wonderful staff at the rental office. Rent is on the higher side, but you get more than what you pay for. I am so glad we are living here with both my daughter's school in this district and all major highways, grocery stores, gas station/convenience stores within walking distance, secured building access peace and the train station right out the parking lot. Allowing the pets is an added advantage to lot of renters and love them when I see them.

When we decided to rent an Aberwyck apartment to be close to our granddaughter and away from the brutal Florida summers, we were fortunate to have the guidance and professionalism of Andrea Powell. She was patient with our learning curve, thorough in providing details and follow-up, and incredibly pleasant to deal with. We are so pleased with the experience, and can’t say enough about Andrea and her thoughtful approach to making our move a very positive experience!

I would like to thank Andrea for her continued kindness and professionalism throughout our transition. We were working with a quick timeline and was able to tour the property and unit with Andrea. She provided information about the units available, alternative options under the same management, and made herself available for any follow up questions. After seeing the property, the upgrades to the unit, and the properties proximity to groceries and shopping, we knew we would be calling Aberwyck our home. We were able to continue our communication with Andrea to get paperwork and documents completed in an efficient and timely manner. She also sent a follow up to check on our continued experience after settling in. Definitely made our transition a lot smoother and was greatly appreciated.

I have been living at the Aberwyck Apartments for 2 years now and my family and I very much enjoy the area, how close all of the shops, restaurants, and transportation either the train across the street from our building or the highways about a mile away from our home. Our neighbors are friendly, the grounds are maintained, just an overall pleasant place to live. We moved here for the school district (we have a teenager that attends Radnor H.S). The property manager, Stacie McDaniel, responds to all of my questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and consideration. The renovated apartment we moved into is really nice. The space inside our apartment is beautiful and fresh. . I'd recommend living here for the space, convenient location, and updated furnishings. The maintenance team is excellent at responding to issues quickly. Lou and LJ recently helped us. They were friendly and helpful. All of the maintenance workers we have met have been excellent. Stacie from the Friedman Realty Group is an excellent resource when we have questions or concerns. She has been very helpful when we have reached out about different matters. Some things that we believe could improve at Aberwyck is the trash service. Residents have to pay 35 dollars a month for a daily trash service in which a company comes by and takes trash from residents who have placed it in the ha
