Brentwood Village

My family has been here for almost ten years. I have no complaints about the former property manager, Connie, but as for the current one, Christine, they dont get any better! She's like a mama bear for her tenants. A mama bear who minds her own business till she's needed, and then she's right there. This is a good place to live.

We have been residents here for 5 years, the grounds are always maintained, staff is welcoming and professional. We have never any problems in dealing with maintenance or Connie from the office. She is very helpful, patient, and easy to reach if needed. Connie we think you are doing a great job!

Nice apartment complex. Needs improvement on curb appeal. Inground pool is nice, but really needs more seating & maybe a picnic table or 2. Also needs a full time life guard for the summer, not just 3 days a week from 10:00 to 5:00. From a long time tenant.

My grandma lives here and I visit about 3 times a year. There is a good sized outdoor pool and playground. The parking lots are smooth and there are dumpsters for your trash. Over all, nice place.

absolutely love Connie in the main office, very thorough and understanding. Always so helpful. I think if your going to write false reviews you should at least have to reside at Brentwood beforehand. Also consider using spellcheck. Women should be woman not plural, "certified", "disgrace", and "followed" were just a few spell checks I found.. just an fyi you may want to have more then one review under your belt for it to be taken seriously. Love it here at Brentwood, keep up the great work Connie♡
