Brentwood Apartments

Me and my family have lived here for almost 4 years now and plan to live here for a long time! Management is absolutely amazing and the people who live here are great! It’s a great family community! I definitely recommend Brentwood apartments for a great place to live!!!

I'm renting a two bedroom and all I can say is I'm happy living here. Property managers are good to work with. I would recommend living here.

I hope one of y’all management reads this. Every winter you do a Poor job helping your tenants with the snow removal. For example: if today it snows 10inch tomorrow you wouldn’t come help so how are we supposed to keep going, to get out and to work so we can keep paying you out money to specially do this snow removal. People on 605 never get their parking spots clean right there at the end of Lincoln Ave. Do better if you want better results please 2 years now I testify for this

Land lord and/or management doesn’t answer phone calls or emails. Can’t get ahold of anyone to let them know of move out date and final walk thru. Not sure if we will get deposit back since lack of communication. I only was able to get in contact with the maintenance Dept. for move out notice. Buildings are 3 out of 10. Very strong smell in buildings. Neighbor hood is not great cops seemed to be at the apartments almost weekly. I would not recommend this complex or area.
