Extreme Mold, dark brown chocolate carpet to hide dirt from previous tenant, cockroaches infestation, no communication with property manager available, dirty outdoors, poor insulation, trash bins overflowing every week with dirty diapers everywhere! Very very very poor living conditions, no onsite maintenance whatsoever. I’d call this the projects of Fairfield.. oh and when they say gated they mean a gate with no gate 🤦🏽♀️
Not good apartments, bad management LOUD music EVERY DAY, cockroaches, dirty carpets, dirty area, sketchy people in some of the apartments
Worn, dirty, apartment management does not care, so the place is falling apart.
Very bad service, they never fix anything, there is no manager and that place is very dirty I don't recommend it
Affordable! Quiet. Close to the freeway and gated.
