You can never judge a book by its cover is so true! New to the area and was so impressed by the maintenance team and office team at. Toni gave me a tour and was so professional and accurate with information about the community. Maintenance smile was so radiant to accompy his personality.
I gave all information of my situation up hand . And was told something different and apply it would still approve was denied completely. When I didn’t have to apply from asking the question up front about my situation I wasted 75$ when I could’ve not applied if information was truly what was said
Great tour with Toni but one drawback is the vacant unit shown had a few drawbacks for me. I do know that they're newly managed by Radco and that they have plans to do some sprucing up.
Ashley was such a help in assisting me in a tour of the property and I definitely will be applying soon! Thank you so much for prioritizing my questions and concerns! Soon to be tenant of this wonderful property❤️
