Brentwood Apartments

By far not a great experience with them. Had bugs coming into the apartment almost every morning when we woke up and everyday when we got home. The place where we drew the line was when we found them in our pantry on our food! I had contacted Brentwood to try and get the bug people out to look and spray and took them over two weeks to get anyone out there. Turns out the spray was in their shed the whole time! We had to break the lease due to the bugs and we will not live in a nasty environment. If anyone ever ask where’s a good place to live in Conway AR Brentwood won’t even be on the list. I would really appreciate someone higher up getting in contact with me. I will also add that this was the reason we broke our lease and it would not have been broken if this would have been taken care o

Brentwood apartment is a great place to live in! I have been living here for almost an year now and can't wait to live another. Anytime I have any questions or problems, Abi is the person to goto. She knows what she is doing and is very helpful. If you are looking for a nice apartment with great amenities, Brentwood is the place!

Very nice apartment complex in Conway. The new ones are priced a little higher than most in Conway, but the clientele makes it worth it. It's quiet, close to everything you need, the maintenance team is spot on and the management team is well above average. If you're looking for nice apartment living, don't overlook Brentwood.

Poor administration, poor management and poor maintenance. It’s been 1 month since I request an order since having issues with my lights in the apartment and nobody has pass by to address the issue, every time I walk my dog, I see 3 maintenance guys just sitting at the garage waiting to get out of their work.

I love Brentwood Apartments in Conway! They were so helpful when I was first looking for an apartment and still are, now that I’m a resident here! They are quick to answer any questions I have and they are always helpful when it comes to maintenance as well! The apartments are clean, nice, and well kept! Great place to make yourself at home and lots of accommodations! They always plan events at the clubhouse that are always fun as well!
