Brent Place Apartments

I would highly encourage that NO ONE moves here. This place is not safe nor is it welcoming. For the women who live here, it’s extremely dangerous walking from the garage to the apartment at night, sometimes even during the day. There is always a group of men/teenagers at the front of the building and at the garage loitering. Also, the staff here is little to no help at all. The office is always closed and they NEVER answer phone calls. They apparently switched over to a new management company, but it seems like they are just as unreliable as the last company. On top of that nothing ever works here. There is mice and roaches crawling through the building. Which is UNACCEPTABLE for anyone’s living situation. Please Brent place do not reach out or reply to this review. Just fix the issues in

This place is terrible. There’s no gym, no pool, and no laundry room, so don’t expect any amenities. The building has rats, mice, and roaches, and nothing ever really gets fixed. The property manager is rude and has an attitude every time you try to bring up an issue. When you walk into the building it smells like straight garbage, which is embarrassing and disgusting. The elevator is always breaking down, making it hard to get in and out of the building. Overall, this complex is run very poorly and management clearly doesn’t care about the residents. I wouldn’t recommend living here at all.

I don't know what all the hipe is about this place because they do the lest to make things right for the residents. Rat roaches nats, I also receive assistance to pay my rent and the office had the nerve to return the check to me and would not take it as the magement team before putting me at risk for non payment of rent Alexandria housing needs to run up in here for real . It's is not right.

First I want to shout out the property manager Ms. Janee. Her words of encouragement to me not even knowing what Ive been going thru to get my own place is what had me in tears. I recommend this place to apply and move into. They really care about getting you on your next journey lol as Ms.Janee would say.
