before you decide to sign a lease, and if you do have a choice apart from this, get far away from this place. Super overpriced for an apartment with holes in all of the cabinets, roaches, hardware from the 80’s, its a mess in there. Conveniently though if you ask to tour they’ll show you the apartment with the redone bathrooms and interiors, but the moment you sign that contract your moved to the worst apartment they can put you in. Just live anywhere else, you wont regret it.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Keisha for her assistance in resolving any issues I encountered during my tenure here. Living in this community has been a truly enriching experience, and I am deeply appreciative of the opportunity to have secured a new home. I must admit that I was initially hesitant to leave, but Keisha's efforts, in conjunction with those of Mrs. Norma, made it possible for me to remain. We lived here’s for a year and had no problems! The neighbors are nice, they keep to themselves. The management never bothered us. The only two improvements I’d say would be an update to the dog poop station (bags put in more often, trash removed more often) and cameras or a way to detour people from bothering cars in the parking lot of the apartments near the courtyard. Us and a few of our neighbors had parts stolen off our cars. Edit: changed my review from 5 to 1 star! When we moved out they told us we wouldn’t have a problem getting our deposit back. We called them several times for two months and they said every time the apartment was fine and we would get our deposit back. Suddenly when we still hadn’t received it they told us we trashed the apartment and wouldn’t get it back. That
