Brie the new Property Manager deserves a 5+ review for her kindness, understanding and direction. My sister lives at this property, and Brie has been nothing short of AMAZING. She's doing an excellent job working to turn this place around - something that has been long overdue around here! Management has "finally" fount the perfect person, and I pray they can keep her (and I'm not alone in this belief)... She is a real asset to both the property and company!! Kuto's to you Brie for all of your hard work and dedication!!!

The property manager Briesha is truly outstanding. She is approachable, kind, personable, and incredibly efficient. Any questions or maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and i always feel heard and respected. It’s refreshing to live somewhere that is so well run, and it makes a big difference in day-to-day life. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience with her.

My Dad has been needing a new place to live. A better invironment, better location, safe and secure. Well thanks to Bree( Lady in charge) at Brenham Oaks apartments; She has been so nice and caring, taking her time to really help my dad get a new place, without judgement. I highly recommend working with her.

Brenham Oaks Apartments is such a great community with a FANTASTIC Manager, Bri. She takes the time to listen to & help her tenants, makes sure that maintenance is up to date, as well as making the community itself a great place to call home! Brenham Oaks & Bri are truly one of a kind!

Brea the Apartment Manager is very professional and has been amazing! She always has time to listen and help, which makes us feel like we're part of a community. Whenever we have an issue, she is quick to address it and find a solution. Again We really appreciate your professionalism Brea!
