They keep the grounds looking good and tidy. They show up for repairs and maintenance when required and on time. The staff are friendly are friendly and they have good residents living here as well. The prices are fair for the current economy

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the beginning, the leasing team worked closely with me on my move-in schedule and helped walk me through all my options. They were flexible with my budget and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing – they immediately made me feel like family! The location is perfect – close to everything you need in North Augusta like grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment itself was super clean when I moved in, and the maintenance team is so friendly and quick to respond anytime I need something. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking. The prices are some of the best in the area, and the experience overall has been nothing short of incredible.

I lived there for 7 years. Numerous faces in management over the years. Pool always closed. They fired the best maintenance man they ever had after his many years of service. There is no sense of community. Tenant's playing loud music all times of night. People yelling and fighting at all hours. Cops always being called out. They enter your apartment without written or verbal notice. Management gave my key to a surveyor and he entered my apartment after business hours. I was in a towel. I told him I was going for my gun, and he continued taking measurements saying management told him to come. I was terrified. Upon breaking my lease management also tried to charge me double until I notified their sister company, and received the proper price. This used to be a nice place to live about 5 yea

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS AND BEEN GOING THROUGH PURE HELL FROM DAY ONE. THE PERSON WHO LIVE UNDER ME MAKE IT WORSE AND MANAGMENT WON'T DO A THING ABOUT IT. I HAVE A TODDLER WHO APPARENTLY IS TOO NOISY PER THOU NEIGHBOR AND POLICE BEEN CALLED ON ME THREE TIMES FOR THAT. TRYING TO LEAVE ONCE I FIND A NEW PLACE. THIS PLACE HAS ALSO COST ME ALOT OF UNNECESSARY MONEY. WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE. THE RATINGS WILL TELL YOU A LOT MORE. YOUR RESPONSE IS ONLY TO TRY TO MAKE YALL LOOK GOOD. YOU FAILED ME AND MY BABY FOR BEING IN A COMFORTABLE PLACE. YOU LIED ABOUT MY UNIT AND I WILL NOT PAY $800 TO TRANSFER BECAUSE THIS IS YOUR MESS!!!!!!!!

The office staff are very friendly and caring. As well as very pet friendly and loving. Any complaints they receive they look into quickly. The maintenance staff. Do a very good job of trying to take care of any request or issues that arise on the grounds. Or in any apartments.
