Bravado Apartments.

I have been living here for more than 5 years and management has changed, but he's always approachable, nice and kind. The apartments is small and quiet. It's a cozy little place close to schools and park and recreational areas. The problem I have is with some of my neighbors with dogs. They don't clean their balcony and let their dogs crap on the grass areas surrounding the apartments and expect the manager to clean. It's not his job dude. It's your job as the dog owner to clean up after your dogs. The B guy that left a 1-star negative review let his dog urinated into a neighbor's patio downstairs and when the manager gave him a warning, he goes around breaking the apartments. He also often parked in the Handicapped Parking Space without a handicapped placard and when the manager told him

By far worst place i have ever lived. Neighbors are okay; I’m talking about the manager. If you don’t mind getting threatened, harassed, and constant 3 day or quit notices; then this is the place for you. The first day I brought my daughter home he tried towing my vehicle. From tows to harassment the manager never falls short on making it a hostile living environment. And if you have an ESA animal, doesnt matter he will try to kick you out.

I have lived in this condominium for 5 years and the manager is really very attentive, he solves everything in excellent time, it is very difficult to find somewhere where the management is attentive. Ryan the manager is very effective! My family feels safe living here.

The complex is rather quiet, and the residents here that I have met seem friendly. And Bravado is really close to many convenient stores, the railway station, and the freeway. I never have a hard time getting around. I like it here.
