BRAO Hanover Village Apartments

I’ve been here for 3 years it was good before the new people took it over management barely do they job landlord so quick to raise the rent but don’t get everyone apartment fix up they have a mouse problem because they’re so cheap and don’t want to seal underneath the building. the washing machines left stains on some of the clothes. it was gun violence recently this year. And they keep spraying over the mold instead of fix it up properly

I lived here for little over a year, This place is NOT kid friendly ‼️ The elderly tenants make me feel very uncomfortable. They watch my door and complain and curse at my children when they play outside.

Would not recommend. I live here currently, moving by next year. house is falling apart after only being here a year I have no cabinets, black mold in bathroom, and my sons bedroom closet doors are hanging off. Neighbors are TERRIBLE and management isn’t doing anything after multiple police calls/reports. Not kid friendly either.. at all. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend unless they start grinding down on people they need to Be & start fixing this environment.

highly recommend . I Hope to get accepted here. I need my own I can call my home, I can pay rent always on time. •I stay to myself a lot more often from experience. The complex property look very clean from the outside and well maintained , The managers are nice people as well.

No signage, drove through the complex 4 times no residents even knew where the rental office was.. no signage anywhere. Dumpsters in the middle of the road, and children Everywhere.. apparently no-one here goes to school. hobo's hanging out in the woods, and staring at playground.. avoid avoid avoid..
