Brant Court

Brant Court was a great place to live, I only moved out due to buying my first home. Kat, Ken, and Raul truly go out of their way to make Brant Court a safe and nice place to call home. Any maintenance requests I had were always answered if not on the same day, at most a day later. Any questions or concerns I had, Kat answered within an hour. The tenants are very lucky to have their team as management.

Living at Brant Court Apartments has been extremely joyful. I've resided for the past couple of years and never felt so safe at all. It's very quiet here, and the tenants are friendly as well as the pets. The leasing team here at Brant Ct are very nice and helpful. I can say that I've enjoyed my apartment being on the backside facing the wildlife area by sitting on my balcony enjoying the tranquility of peace. So if you want a home that gives you the excitement and joy and less stress then you should move to Brant Court.

I’ve lived at Brant Court Apartments for a year now and just love it. The property manager always keeps us informed of things going on in the complex and around town. She is very thorough and helps to keep this a pleasant and fun living environment. Brant Court even had a cookout for tenants at the beginning of the summer. I got to meet some of my neighbors from the other buildings. The buildings are secure and I feel it is a very safe place to live. Yes, the rent may be high but not as high as other areas on the Eastern Shore. The buildings are just 2-3 years old and the apartments have many amenities such as full size washer and dryer in the unit and a small porch to sit outside. Prices have gone up everywhere, but you really feel like you get your money's worth at Brant Court. The utility room is huge, as is the bedroom closet, and the rest of the apartment is comfortable as well. The pool and management office are both within walking distance of all three buildings, and the properties are all regularly maintained. Also, each building has an elevator, which makes moving in a breeze.
