Don’t come here, overpriced , terrible management and horrible things you deal with like your ceiling leaking , from the washer. I was told to move in a week sooner, just for the ceiling to leak water from the washer, walls thin, water was dripping through like rain, under my sink leaking after just being here for 14 days, I told The lady Ms. Carol I would like to early terminate my lease, after only being here for 14 days…. UNSATISFIED and I have a 1 year old baby, I know there mold, she insisted on me waiting a whole week making me wait. I will be leaving today very unprofessional

I am a long-term resident at Bransford Townhomes and I truly love living there. It is quiet and I have never felt unsafe. I like that the complex is smaller, the apts/rooms are large and there is a nice large walk-in closet in the master. They feel homey. The staff are very responsive and attentive. They seem to want the residents to be happy. I have not had many maintenance issues but the few times were resolved promptly. It is home for me.

This complex is under new management, led by Russell. If you encounter issues with repairs or unruly neighbors, they will often be ignored or poorly addressed. Russell may assure you that he will handle the situation, but often he simply sweeps everything under the rug or fails to address it completely—an "out of sight, out of mind" mindset. He talks his way out of situations and, in turn, makes you the source of issues. If your dryer destroys your clothes, he may say you shouldn’t put more than a few towels or else your load is too big. Even issues pertaining to roaches and termites are treated as such. Maintenance (i.e., Russell trying to fix complex issues himself) is often patched up as to keep you quiet, neighbors' dogs defecate in the grass, everyone smokes weed, and Russell enters y

As Resident Manager for 10 years I can say we go above and beyond to have any issue with maintenance resolved within a day or two. As far as the dryer complaint the person left out the fact that they were compensated for the loss of clothes and the situation was worked on repeated until it was right. I highly doubt you will find anywhere that handles things as quickly as we do.

My boyfriend and I went and looked at the apartment and really loved it. We had the money to be able to move in, but were waiting to hear if our application was approved. When i called (the 3rd time) the lady told me that we had been denied because we aren't medical students. I feel that since we were trying to give them money that we should have been considered based on our income and when we were available to move in. So do not waste your time here unless you are a medical student. I feel like she had other personal reasons she denied us as well, but I won't get into that.
