Brannigan Village

Moved here 3 weeks ago and everything went smooth. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Checked over the apartment and if there were any issues, the maintenance staff were right there within 24 hours. Was a good choice when looking for an apartment!

I’ve had an excellent experience at Brannigan Village Apartments in Winston-Salem. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is convenient to everything I need. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to call home. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for 5 years. I have found that the Brannigan staff are quick to reply to request and complete the issue in a timely manner. They are very caring,respectful and attentive to the residents needs .
