I just moved in the beginning of this month and everything from touring the property to move in day has been nothing but a wonderful experience. Laura is the most professional, compassionate, and detail oriented person I have ever encountered with in any professional experience. She has made our experience completely stress free! We lived here for over a decade and loved it! The management always took care of us and we were cozy and safe. The property is conveniently located near 95 and beautiful local parks!

Great location, well maintained building, pool and fitness room also a plus, maintenance was quick on repairs. Big shout out to Laura , made the whole procedure moving in and out with ease, was always on top if it when i needed something.

I recently submitted a request to tour the apartments, and unfortunately, my experience with Laura was disappointing. Rather than being given an opportunity to view the units, my request was declined via email without any explanation because it was missing information. I had to follow up with a phone call just to understand why where I was met with a lack of compassion and respect. While I understand that there may not be availability at this exact moment, it’s standard for prospective tenants—myself included—to want to tour a property before submitting an application. I’m planning to move in August or September, and I know that many units typically become available between now and then. Usually don’t write reviews but Laura made my experience moving in/out smooth and stress free - maintenance requests were usually fulfilled day of and the community overall is welcoming. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.
