The management and leasing office at this apartment have been extremely disappointing. Communication is very poor, and it is very difficult to get a proper response when reaching out to them. Phone calls often go unanswered, and when you visit the office, the staff frequently mention they are on long breaks or say they will “check and get back,” but rarely follow up. The customer service attitude from the leasing office team is unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of assisting residents respectfully, interactions often feel dismissive and discouraging. Additionally, I personally felt uncomfortable due to behavior that came across as disrespectful and insensitive. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless of their background. Wish i could give this place no stars! Ever since I moved into my apartment on 9/2/2025 I have had nothing but problems. The day i moved in my sink was backed up, there was standing water in the dishwasher and the spare room carpet was soaked in water. Shortly after, they replaced the bottom carpet pad but not the carpet itself. 1 week later, the garbage disposal and sink backed up again. Again, the spare room carpet became drenched in water. A maintenance man told me the pipe was damaged but they would not replace the pipe, arguing that was not the problem. 3 days ago I got an email from the leasing office saying there was an issue with a pipe and they had to move a bookcase in my apartment. This apartment complex is not a good place to live due to its poor maintenance and inadequate customer service. The Leasing Office staff, including staff are not professional and struggle to understand even simple English. They lack experience and expertise, making it challenging to address issues. I've had a poor experience living here for a couple of years, and I'm planning to leave. The complex also lacks amenities, such as not a nice playground and pool, despite charging high rent. which number Dabate does no one received they just recently before one weeks ago playground on this playground is very poor. Brandywine Apartments!! Is a highly recommended place to call Home! The location is Perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants, local parks, gas stations and Transportation. You will ENJOY living in a peaceful, safe, pet friendly, neighborly Community! The Apartments are spacious! Great Amenities, always maintained, including a work-out gym and pool. Overall, the Property Management and Maintenance staff are Welcoming, Professional, Friendly and very responsive!

If I could rate this place lower I would. The office is uncaring, and the people who run it-if they answer the phones- are very rude. I’ve been here almost 3 years and never paid rent late. They give no exceptions on anything and there are still things in my apartment that are not properly fixed. I have come in and spoken many times but the “fixes” are temporary and don’t actually fix the issue. For example my door does not shut. And can be pushed open. I have called over ten times about the issue and nothing..The stairs in my building are Broken and maintenance never bothers to fix this hazard. The lock on the door to the building is also broken and hasn’t been fixed in almost a year. If you’re young they will try to get over on you. And the owner or manager is never around and will neve
