Brandychase Apartments

I moved in here on 06/23/25 and things have been great here, I love the trails and the scenery here( BIG NATURE BUFF). It’s very peaceful here and that’s a plus even with SR 125 right there. The new tennis court looks good and I can’t wait to play next spring! If you are looking for a great apartment whether it be starter or continuing, I recommend this place! And you’re still not far from the inner city I say 20 mins tops!

Don’t be fooled by the greenery and exteriors of these buildings. This apartment complex is ran by an incredibly incapable company and every day of my living experience here has shown it. Animals in our roof are a constant problem, despite contractors being dispatched multiple times to remove said animals and fix the roof. Due to management’s inability to hire someone to do the simple job of GUTTER CLEANING, the window and drywall in the bedroom of our apartment has taken on significant water damage TWICE and is now in need of a SECOND complete drywall replacement. Finally, management has partnered with potentially the most useless rent payment software on planet Earth. I moved in just over a month ago and I'm very happy that I chose Brandychase to call home! My apartment was clean with brand new carpet and paint, I was also given a welcome bag of goodies! I wanted an upgrade from my last residence, and this place has many amenities. In my 3rd floor apartment I now have a washer & dryer, fireplace, vaulted ceilings with a skylight- it's absolutely gorgeous, walk-in closet, a pantry and so much extra closet space. I even have a whole extra room called the den in my one bedroom unit! The view from my windows and balcony is all woods, lots of birds to enjoy watching and can hear the fountain when outside over at the nearby cemetery through the woods. The balcony is also covered which is a very nice bonus to keep it mostly shaded. The community has TWO pools,

I have been a resident of Brandychase apartments for a little over a year. I love the community, I have the best neighbors. I absolutely love Shellie at the office as well as the maintenance staff. They're also quick to respond to needs that arise.

Same apartments from 20 years ago. No updates. Same appliances. Same parking. Same floor plan. Same whack weight room. Same dirty pool. 3 times the price is INSANE
