By chance a phone call led us to Brandon and he helped us out of a terrible situation. He went above and beyond to find a house we would be comfortable in. Brandon is not only professional and good at what he does he also treats you like family and that’s very rare to find. He took care of my mother like his own and that was very important to me. We met Brandon by accident at an open house he was hosting in a neighborhood we thought about getting a home in. We were visiting from Michigan and just kicking the idea around. That was November 7th. Today, December 17,we are closing on our home in Savannah. He was such a dream to work with: Always responsive, Willing to give video tours of homes since we were 1500 miles away, very attentive to our needs, and a strong advocate for us during the process of buying the home. Brandon is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He is very attentive and will go the extra mile that’s needed more often than not when it comes to your sale or purchase of your home or multiplex as we experienced. He was a pure delight and key to our success of our sale!! He helped stay on top of our contractors and became close to our tenants more so than the lame property manager that we had for darn near 15 years and even when the PM wouldn’t work with him due to the PM being rude and unresponsive BRANDON still found a way and moved past the PM’s pettiness!! So all I can say TRULY FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS IS...THANK YOU AND YOU ROCK OUT LOUD!!
