Try to solve any problem with them! This is what you always got. Very rude disgusting people, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I wonder how the owner gets them jobs! Unbelievable. Ask old tenants about: -Car theft and breaking windows every month. -Pest like mice and centipedes. -Sewer smell. -Old noisy bathroom fixtures, adding and replacing isn’t allowed. -Very rude employees, disgusting communication skills. -90% of the tenants want to move or waiting for the lease to end. Thank me later.

It’s about the washers and dryers they don’t clean them. They don’t take care of them and they’re always not working.

Horrible, there’s Roaches and mice, the rugs in the hall are dingy, there’s bugs always some where in the apartments from spiders, ants and silver fish, the walls are cracked and the closet doors always falls off. I left when my lease was up and apparently all of the sudden I can’t get my deposit back don’t recommend this place at all!!. Stay away

Mold is growing in the storage area directly below my unit and it has begun to affect my breathing. I've reported this to management several times over the last 3 weeks. Nothing has been done to clean the mold up.

Brambury Ridge Apartments have excellent management, and customers have their privacy. The Washers and dryer are really wonderful. We love the seniors here everyone is my age 56. I heard this was owned by Sermar Management.
