I had a very disappointing experience with Bragg and Associates Real Estate. They not only withheld my deposit using exaggerated and false charges but also charged me additional crazy charges. For example, they claimed I painted over electrical plates (not true), said a bathroom door was damaged (it wasn’t), and charged me for a missing garage remote and mailbox key even though I turned them in. They even charged me for trash removal that was already scheduled for city pickup. On move-out day, I specifically told Angela that the laundry room door had hit the stairwell corner and caused slight damage. She assured me it was fixable and that I would not be charged, yet I was still billed for it. She also exaggerated the carpet damage, calling it “terrible” when it was only two medium-sized
