Antoinette, the receptionist was greate, beautiful and helpful and Heather as a Property Manager was awesome too, my husband asked her a few questions and she answered and clarified everything. Unfortunately, our experience with Brady Realty Group during move-out did not meet expectations. The final accounting and deposit refund were not provided within the legally required timeframe, and when received, contained several inaccuracies that required correction. Resolving these issues required repeated follow-ups and outside legal assistance. For renters, I recommend keeping thorough documentation and being familiar with Nevada tenant laws when working with this company.
