Bradley Square

I have been in my apartment at Bradley Square now for 2 weeks and have not been able to even take a shower in my own place. Things are half done i have contacted the office multiple times and all im hearing is im in line for a work order. I was told when i moved in that the place was ready for move in, after having ample time to repair anything in the apartment beforehand. This is really annoying and a bother for me to not be fully comfortable in the place im supposed to be paying to live at. Pest control supposedly came and sprayed the unit but roaches were still moving around the same day. You know its bad if roaches are comfortable moving around during the day.

I wish i could give zero stars these apartments need to be torn down no matter how much they try to fix up its internal issues i moved in August 2023 and was gone by July of 2024 the ac broke they took months to fix it… my tub broke they never sent anyone out…. Then it was infested with rats they did nothing but spray foam and the rats ate thru that.. they did not care all they did was tell me stuff i could get my self and bring traps… being that i had a kid i broke my lease because i refused to live like that they are HORRIBLE and the short time i was there they changed management 3 times always new ppl in the office… they get attitudes for u wanting to have a decent comfortable place to stay

To Franklin Management Group. On July 7, 2025 we went down to the rental office and told them that our ac unit outside was broken and that our ac unit inside started leaking on July 2, 2025 and on July 3, 2025 the air conditioner totally went out. It has now almost been three months since we reported this issue to the rental office why are we having to fight for a replacement ac unit outside when it is part of our lease. This not how a property management owners should treats their tenants. Apt 722

The staff was amazing shout out to Ziggy. I applied for an appartment in this community back in May with the expected move in date August 1st. Ziggy assist with the whole process allow me to view a unit the same day. The reason I rate this community 1 star is because After only being in my unit for one day it flooded out with sewage water. That was a Saturday no one service my unit until Wednesday. I had to purchase a wet vac buy towels that I throw away after trying to keep the water from running thought the entire unit. The unit was roach infested and not cleaned properly before I was issued the keys. Now despite the horrible conditions of the unit the staff was supportive and got me moved into a different community so im thankful for that. They really need better maintenance management

1400 a month is outrageous sink dont work ac dont work gotta have fans running up the light bill something must be done i got kids
