Bradford Pointe Apartments

Bradford Pointe has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. The leasing office consistently ignores residents. Maintenance requests sit open for over a week with no updates, and follow-up calls or emails are never answered. From my personal experience, the management shows little to no urgency in resolving issues, and communication is almost nonexistent. For the amount of rent being charged, you’d expect at least some level of professionalism and care, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Save yourself the frustration — there are plenty of other places in Augusta that actually value their residents and take care of their property.

I have been living here almost 3 years or more and I've never had a problem with staff or neighbors. Any maintenance issues that I have reported have been handled whether it be major or minor.... If there was any residential and/or saftey issues that I needed to report, management (which have Always been kind,friendly and understanding)has always handled it efficiently effectively and with emergency....

Great apartments in good location. Easy access to I-520 and I-20 highways to make commuting easy to areas like Fort Gordon. The staff was very helpful, and the layouts allow for great customization to personalize your space. Beautiful pool and fitness center, it’s really just a nice tucked away piece of heaven.

We have been here for about a year now and we have loved it so far! When we first got to our apartment we decided to stay in a hotel for the night instead since it wasn't very clean. After we got it cleaned we got everything moved in. We did have a roach problem at first, but as long as you keep scheduling appointments with the provided pest control and make sure to stay clean and spray on the weeks pest control isn't scheduled, there are little to no issues. There are a lot of pet owners living in this complex, most pick up after their pets, but there are some who do not. There are also lots of wildlife around here such as toads, lizards, cats, squirrels, geese, and ducks. My husband and I love seeing all the life. All the animals make some noise, but it's really not bad. The maintenance

If you want a place to stay with your very own flock of geese under your window squawking as you sleep, this is the place to stay. If you want you want to pay twice for the same (supposedly) charge and both charged differently, this is the place to live. If you want to walk your best friend around the pet friendly property, make sure you have a nice pair of shoes on to walk in geese guano (poop), this is the place. Don't worry, no need to pick up man's best friends poop, no one else does. This is definitely the spot for you. Be sure to tell the office about your concerns and issues, they will properly tell you they can't and won't do anything about it. Don't Bother figure it out the best way you can. It's a great location and I'm sure without a doubt, this property should be on top of y
