Bradenton Reserve

So I moved here 6 months ago which I love my apartment, and recently decided to switch to a larger apartment with a friend. Jennifer and Lita have been so kind and great to work with through the whole process. They went above and beyond what I was was expecting which made this so much easier for me. Especially with working 2 jobs trying to go back and forth via email and phone calls. When I meet up with them in the office they always have a smile on their face and so professional with everything.

I have lived in several places all over the country and I have to say that my experience at Bradenton Reserve has been the BEST! The property is taken care of with attention to detail… the pool and amenities and landscaping are beautiful and well maintained giving a quiet and fun tropical home. Sheva, the manager, is beyond wonderful! She is responsive and kind, always doing her best to give her residents the best experience! The main man Marvin on maintenance staff does a top notch job of keeping the place looking great! Bradenton Reserve is really a hidden gem here in manatee county. Location has shopping cool restaurants ANNND an express route to the beach plus easy access to any part of town! The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly—usually within 24 hours—which I really appreciate. The units are modern, clean, and well-maintained. I love the open floor plan and updated appliances. The common areas are always clean, and the amenities—especially the fitness center and pool—are top-notch. Parking is plentiful and safe, and I’ve never had any issues with noise. I recently got my first apartment alongside my boyfriend in late August. Bradenton Reserve was one of the first apartment communities that stood out to us and none of the other apartments compared. The amenities like the pool and gym were must-haves for us and extras that BR offered was in-unit washer/dryer, dog parks, and grilling stations.
