I haven't bought a home in over 30 years and had no idea what procedures and products are out there to assess and repair a home built in 1950. Rhett spent hours checking every inch of the interior and exterior. He used gauges to test all the pipes and wiring. I got a 47 page report of the status of the structures and needs to address by severity so I can decide if the home is worth the negotiated price. Even the seller was impressed and she was a realtor. I am also happy about having a resource I can call for follow up advice. Great price and friendly service. I couldn't ask for anymore.

It has been a few months now since I moved into the mobile home. I was under the impression that the plumbing was up to good standards as it was listed on the report as "all re-piped". That is not the case. It was never disclosed that the kitchen and bathtub plumbing were in belly stage and that it also needed re-piping. Due to this issue, the kitchen sink and bathtub drain barely drain when using. To stand in 4 - 5 inches of water when showering should never have passed inspection. Due to the expense of my purchase, and plumbing being expensive this issue will not be fixed for some time. I almost regret buying because of this. Please do not choose Bradders Property Inspection.
