First off, I just wanted to say that CHARLES at BPS is INCREDIBLE! When I say this man goes above and beyond for you to the very end, I mean he is your guy!! Great with communication he is quick to get back to you. He will work with you to find a solution that works for everyone. I'm sad to even go, because Everyone here is professional, careing and prompt. Cameron is also AMAZING he gets EVERYTHING fixed no waiting around,they always find a solution so your not going without.. VERY ACCOMMODATING, The owner is beyond fair. Not like usual property management that like to keep your whole deposit no matter what. They are fast about getting your deposit back to you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. My family and I stayed at the apartments managed by this company for about a year. Charles helped us during our time there and he is simply the best! He was always fast at communicating back to us and making sure that everything was all situated. I definitely recommend this company, as well as the Humboldt Oaks apartments.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. I have been involved with real estate and property management for over 20 years; this was the worst group I have ever worked with. They not only don't know what they are doing, but they try to create narrative to cover their incompetence in a way that is just plain unethical.

Renters Beware! Renters beware that BPS will deduct anything they can from your security deposit! Take your hard-earned money and business someplace else! Charles was always late, overpromised, and cannot be trusted. Given his “work” there is a reason why he is not listed on the website. We were told a few items would be deducted at our move-out inspection and agreed to it based on what Charles told us. Several weeks later, to our surprise, there were a lot more deductions we received in our disposition letter that did not match what we had agreed upon at move-out. No itemized list of deductions and no communication showing the lack of transparency from BPS. I asked for clarification and the response was either dismissive or none at all for several months. I live in apartments managed by BPS. They do a great job managing and respond quickly and take care of any issues anytime I have reached out to them. Highly recommend
