I should have listened to the reviews; this place took off with $80 in my application fees, and offered 0 communication on what i applied for. I had to reach out everytime to see what was going on with my application, unbelievable. What makes it worse is, it isn’t on a first come first serve basis, it’s basically if they like you or not they’ll give you the property. **They also pressured me into missing a FUNERAL just to NOT offer me the place, just so you have an idea on how they do business!

They are the owners of my next door neighbor house I always have to be contacting them to trim there tree they always give me the round about until I call pge the tree is hitting the power lines pge even suggested to cut down the whole tree for free and the owner of the property said no also he doesn’t expect the property at all the tenant has a mess even in the front side walk

Do not waste your money or time. Stay far away from boydstun realty. They pocket every dime and deposit you put in their hands and will try their best to get over on you as much as the possibly can. I had the worst experience with them and would tell anyone stay away from that place!
