Did Boyd think any of the logistics though when building the hamlin community? Throw a middle school out in the middle of nowhere, where all the local community kids go. Build no sidewalks.. 2 lane roads. The busses can’t even get in to pick up the kids. This development company is a complete joke. Loves to build up communities backwards without any concern to commuting. 0/5 stars if I could.
LOVE the Hamlin community and all the great restaurants and businesses that Boyd Development has built! Can't wait to go back to Hamlin soon! And the people that work at Boyd Development are generous and kind.
ALL Boyd properties are fools gold, beautiful but horrible quality!! Terrible architecture, terrible engineering, terrible materials. Everyone involved in this company should be forced to live in their complexes!
