I originally met Jason in 2015 as he was the listing agent on an office condominium I was interested in. He was very fair and transparent with me. I ended up purchasing the unit. Knowledge is far better than anyone I have worked with on so many different levels from macro to micro, general business, contract specifics, legal, community/business information, time to resolution, and more. They do NOT force you to do anything, but do advise in consultative capacity with your best interests in mind.
