I had an excellent experience working with Bowery Valuation. From the very start, their team was responsive, professional, and transparent about the entire process. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt like I knew exactly where things stood.

Warning , Horrible Firm. They missed several key data points along with using out of market copmarables when there were several, more current within the subject propertie's competitive market. Have never worked with such an incompetent group of appraisers. The Appraisal was totaly useless because of the numerous mistakes. I hope other folks have more success than us. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are scammers, like other reviews have stated. Paid $2200 for a “70% completed appraisal report on a commercial property”, never received this report and they won’t respond to our calls and emails anymore. I specifically told them this job was getting put on hold in advance, the appraisal appointment never actually happened. Never heard back anything, just charged an invoice of a whopping $2200 for no work at all to be completed. If it were completed, it would have easily been sent to me. The team that was working on this file are as follows: Steve Schaller, Ivan Nazar, Michael O’Hara, Patrick Milauckas. I would not recommend ever doing business with them.

By far the worst appraisal company I've ever come across. Please please stay far from these guys. They quote absurd prices for appraisal which are 40% to 50% higher than other companies, very sloppy appraisal work, multiple delays on getting you results. I lost over $5000 on my appraiser costs. I literally had my appraiser disappear for 2 weeks for a wedding while I was waiting on my appraisal results and nobody, not me or the lender could get a hold of the appraiser. I almost lost the deal as a result. They will also give you trash numbers on your property. Use at your risk. I would avoid them like the plague. These guys dont know what they are doing at all and overcharge. Just Horrible, absolutely horrible company. Stay away from Michael Ohara, Brandon Robbs and Patrick Bush. Scammers.

I’ve been using Bowery Valuation for a few years now. They’re always professional, on time, very helpful, and overall very easy and a pleasure to work with. Steve Schaller, Brandon Gollotti, Scott Powell, Patrick Milauckas, Ivan Nazar, Michael O’Hara, always a pleasure to work with you guys. Keep up the great work.
