I was a tenant in a unit managed by BSD for about 1.5 years. While I was a tenant, I always had positive experiences interacting with them - they were quick to respond to emails and maintainence requests, and always informed us via email when there was regular maintenance when they needed access to the inside of the apartment. I would recommend renting a unit managed by Boundary Street Development!

I rented from Boundary Street for 5 years. Nothing but a positive experience, responsive to maintenance requests and general upkeep. While a tenant new lights, windows and a water heater was installed no hassle. I would rent from them in the future and I tell all my friends when looking for a new place to see if they have anything available.

I rented with Boundary Street for a year from the Fall of 2022 through Summer 2023, it was a great experience and everyone I interacted with from the leasing agent, management, and service providers contracted by the office were responsive and friendly. From the time I attended an open house to the time I signed my lease was less than a week and move-in was hassle free. Whenever service was needed at the unit, which was minimal, the management office was always a call or email away and was usually serviced within 24 hours of the request, even on the weekends! I highly recommend renting with Boundary street and would personally rent from them again in the future.

The management and maintenance team is very responsible and act quickly when there is a question or issue. I have rented with Boundary street for 4.5 years and consistently provided high quality, affordable housing, and excellent management!
