Bound Brook Apartments

Lived here for almost 3 years, and it was a great experience. The staff were always very attentive and friendly, especially Roberto and Brian. Whenever I had an issue, it was always addressed quickly. The complex is also in a great location! I would recommend that the apartments encourage residents to provide more feedback. Perhaps even a survey to all residents. I think it would be beneficial to hear what people have to say. You may get some good insight!

What an incredible experience, for my first time moving in with my girl. Michelle was extremely kind, & respectful when it came to my girl & I. She gave all the needed information necessary, to proceed with the rental process. Always responded with a smile, taking time to hear my girl & I when we had questions on the matter. Truly grateful for this new life experience!

Roberto was really fast and helpful. I called in the morning for a tub issue and he fixed it quickly. When I asked about the door lock he got the tools and got it done in a bit. Maintenance here is very efficient. Thanks for making this feel like home.

This is our son‘s first apartment. As most know, there is a lot of paperwork and process involved. Michelle made the process, not only manageable, but actually pleasant. She is efficient, comprehensive, but most important, caring. For a person with her wide range of responsibilities, she never failed to make us feel that we were the focus of her attention and energy.

Each time I crossed paths with Roberto who is just one of the maintenance staff, his steady presence and thoughtful attention left a lasting impression. There’s quite a grace the way he works, with care, skill, and genuine regard for the wellbeing of others and the spaces he tends. His way of showing up reminds me that service, when done with heart, becomes a form of everyday ministry.
