Management here is completely off-site and extremely inconsistent. Sometimes they enforce rules strictly, leaving little room for residents to handle anything on their own, and other times it feels like we don’t exist at all — contractors are left to run wild, and resident concerns often go unanswered. Contractors hired by management have caused repeated damage, such as careless lawn care and a plumber shutting off water for hours without returning. If you move here, be prepared to document everything, follow up persistently, and understand that management is largely absent while also restricting residents from taking care of property themselves. Don’t expect proactive oversight or accountability. It's alright for the most part if you don't mind being completely ignored for a cheaper ren

I dealt with Wendy when I signed my lease in April. When she no longer was the person I worked w re: issues, things have gone downhill. This new lady, Cassie, is nowhere near as efficient and helpful as Wendy. Trying to resolve maintenance issues and now lease issues is the worse than pulling teeth w no anesthetic w her at the helm.

Our company does sertvice work for Boulevard Management, from our end we are only involved when an issue is present with a property. We've never been asked to take a shortcut or skip a safety measure . Their communication is always top notch!

Their team really went above and beyond to assist my family in a time of relocating. The home we rented had been well kept and all details were taken care of in advance to ensure we settled in without a hiccup. The team members we worked with were extremely attentive to our needs/timeline as we were in a crunch. I couldn’t be more thankful for our experience and the services they provided. Would highly recommend.

Put in for a application they tried to charge us double deposit because of no rental history. We said something and they changed the deposit to the original deposit they asked for. They then tried to tell is that the listed monthly price was a rent special and it would change in July. We said something about that they then said it was listed in the listing and it wasn't. When they showed us the house the lady that showed it had her kid and husband with her. The company is very unprofessional.
