Boulevard at 3200

My move-in experience at Boulevard at 3200 was truly smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The leasing process was very straightforward, and the staff made everything easy to understand. I had the pleasure of working with Deborah and Mariah, and they were both amazing throughout the entire process. They were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. They made sure I received all of my move-in perks and took the time to answer any questions I had. What really stood out to me was how they went the extra mile by even coming by my unit after I moved in to make sure everything looked good and that I was satisfied. Moved in 1 month ago and have had a great experience so far. Maintenance quickly fixes any issues, and the office ladies are super accommodating and helpful! The only issue I have had has been with UPS packages being placed in the amazon locker and not being able to get them out. If you get anything UPS try to make sure it is delivered to your apartment because they do not give you the code to get the package out of the amazon lockers.

The staff was very professional at Boulevard 3200. The atmosphere was calm & friendly. When I went on my tour look at the apartment, Maria was very professional, we talked about the apartment & she showed me room from room & I was very pleased from what I saw & learned. I have lived in several apartments and this is the worst experience I have ever had. They are overcharging for what you actually get. When we first moved in the apartment hadn't been properly cleaned so I reached out to the leasing office and they said they would have someone come clean it. They actually sent a maintenance person who did minimal cleaning. I also had to put in a maintenance request to have several cabinet handles replaced in the kitchen and the bathrooms because they were rusted. When maintenance arrived, he did not have enough handles to replace the rusted ones and said he would come back when he got more. He never came back and at that point I was tired of going back and forth with the leasing office. They had all of these rules for residents for the trash pickup b

We moved in January of this year and will not be renewing our lease. Back in January the staff made it evident they were unprepared for our agreed upon move in date and they all failed to provide or have necessary information at the ready, such as where we could park, how we pay rent, facilities etc. I have also been deeply upset by how expensive it is for a one bedroom 700 sq ft apartment. I live with my husband and while our rent is $1600, we end up paying $2000 to live here. My water bill has consistently been $120 which is absolutely insane for two people in a one bedroom. Of course, since the water is paid through the apartment complex, you have no way of verifying how they get these numbers. Today I saw my water bill was $151. When I asked the manager why this number is how it is, sh
