Boulevard Apartments

I’ve lived at this complex for a year and have really enjoyed the experience. The calm atmosphere and community have made it a great place. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue, Jesus is always quick to fix it and the young lady that maintains the lot keep it nice for the tenants. I like the grounds and the complexes are spacious. There are cats, but it’s a big selling point for me. I like cats. Everyone is kind and respectful. I love the community around holidays, like during Diwali, different neighbors shared sparklers. If you want a community oriented space with a friendly staff, like Jesus, Vanessa, Lisbeth, or Lisa, this is the place.

I have been living at Boulevard Apartments for the past 5 years, and it continues to be a great place to call home. What truly stands out about this community is the excellent maintenance service, especially Jesus Hernandez Garcia. Since 2021, whenever I have had a maintenance request, Jesus has consistently been professional, responsive, and very helpful. He always arrives on time, explains the issue clearly, and makes sure the work is done properly. In 2025, he provided outstanding support, going above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Jesus truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. His positive attitude and dedication have made a real difference in my experience living here. Thank you, Jesus, for your continued hard work and excellent service.

We have been living at Boulevard Apartments for about 5 years, and our experience has been very positive, especially with the maintenance service. Jesus Hernandez Garcia deserves special recognition. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, Jesus is quick to respond, courteous, and very efficient. He has been helping us for years, and in 2025 his support was exceptional. I truly enjoyed living in boulevard apartments over the past two years. It has been a great place to call home, and I sincerely appreciate boulevard team’s support during my tenancy. If I continue living in Fremont in the future, I would definitely choose these apartment again without hesitation.

Been living here for about 8 months it’s a nice quiet area. Lots of cats which I’m okay with bc they are so cute and friendly. If there is any maintenance issues that arise Jesus is very quick to fix them. He was able to fix the mirrors that had no wheels as well as unclog the toilet and replace the lightbulbs etc. He is a very kind person with great work ethic :) .
