Boulders On the River

Amazingly quiet place to live and very friendly and attentive staff and maintenance workers! I moved in a month ago and I felt at home since day one! Any time I have a question or concern I am answered with a smile and genuine care. Maintence issues are handled as quickly as possible and follow ups are refreshingly pleasant. Ammenities are amazing like the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna and I enjoy the 24hr access to the fitness bldg. Its awesome to be able to enjoy using a fireplace to heat or just enjoy a fire...and the neighborhood is pleasant and peacefull. Thank you Boulders staff for making my new home so amazing!

We absolutely LOVE living here. We lived here when we first moved to Eugene and stayed 4 years. We are back again and I can't express how much we love it. First, being right off the Delta, it's so close to everything.Never have a traffic problem. Then there is Good Pasture Island Road that is gently curved and beautifully landscaped providing a gorgeous ride home, especially in the spring and fall when the tree change colors. It never gets old. I love the layout of the apartments, too. Very spacious and welcoming. I wake up happy here and go to bed content. I would love to own my own place someday but until then, I have never lived in a place I liked more. Maintenance and the office staff have been very accommodating, professional and fast. Love the carwash. No complaints!

We are so happy with our choice to live at The Boulders on the River! As soon as we walked into the apartment it felt like home. The property is beautiful and being close to the river makes for stunning views. When we’ve needed maintenance done, they are on top of it and get things fixed quick!

Boulders on the River is exceptional. Everything from the application process to the lease signing and everything in between was pleasant, seamless and kind. I’ve been pleased with my first year here. It’s quiet, no drama. I feel very safe here. I love having the bike path and delta ponds for walks. Amenities are nice. Two hot tubs that I usually have to myself. Car washing station is helpful since you don’t need money to use the vacuum. I haven’t had issues so don’t need to talk with staff much but they are responsive when I do reach out. I’ve had no maintenance needs. Grounds anre well kept, no trash strewn about. Electric in a one bedroom averages $55/month and utilities about $45. Water is higher in summer when they water grass. I expected higher after living in Seattle. My only real complaint is the rent jump after a year, it will go up by $118. Overall it’s been a great experience for apartment living.
