Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment for today. Woman at desk said she was a Temp. And no one told her anything about showings , appointments, or where things are. Why have a person in the office if they do not know anything. Was truly looking forward to viewing. She said come back during the week. Weekends work best that's why I booked for today. Very odd
Devin at the front desk was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. As a property manager myself, I immediately recognized that he violated at least two Fair Housing rules on the spot. When we asked about the previous leasing agent we had been working with—because we’ve been waiting for a specific unit—he responded with, “She’s not here because no one can do my job better than me.” When my husband mentioned that we were told no second-floor units were available, Devin said, “Well, I’m not going to get you guys in regardless.” This type of comment is a blatant Fair Housing violation and absolutely unacceptable. He also had copies of other people’s IDs and documents lying openly on a desk where anyone walking in could see them. He took copies of our IDs as well but handled them with z
James works in maintenance & he recently just cleaned the gym and did an awesome job! The gym was super dirty for DAYS but James got to it & cleaned the entire mess up. He’s a great maintenance worker and deserves recognition. Go James!
Can you please tell me why we’re paying for amenities that aren’t getting taken care of? It’s been two months since the jacuzzi has worked on main pool. Other jacuzzi is broken doesn’t work at all. Pool looks absolutely disgusting and the premises around pool need to be taken care of asap. Also why is the grass dying in certain areas of the complex and other areas look good? Do we ask for a reduction in our bill if these things aren’t getting taken care of soon?
Internet and TV did not work on arrival and took five days to fix. That alone is unacceptable. The dishwasher also does not work. Getting support required repeated follow-ups, unnecessary steps, and dealing with rude customer service. Basic utilities should function, and when they don’t, support should be responsive. This place failed on both counts.
