Wife and I moved here because of the good reviews but we were left counting down the days until we moved out. There was a multitude of reasons why we hated this place and I genuinely couldn't list them all here but for starters, we had to pay for some inspection fee before we could move in that they most definitely did not do because literally every appliance besides the fridge had to be fixed or replaced within the first week of moving in and we even found a load of laundry from the previous tenant still in the dryer. Not just that, but our home was broken into earlier this year and managements only response was "it wasn't us." Parking is also very limited and the spot you paid for will be taken about half the time. Honestly though, the worst thing about our townhome was the AC. Basically
Living in Boulder Springs has been an incredible experience. The serene beauty of the lake is the perfect backdrop to start and end each day. The calm waters and surrounding greenery create a peaceful, almost resort-like atmosphere. I love waking up to the tranquil sounds of nature and enjoying my morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the lake. My townhome is spacious, modern, and well-designed. The open floor plan allows natural light to flood the space, making the rooms feel even larger and more inviting. The kitchen is well-appointed with high-quality appliances, making it a joy to cook in, and the living area is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. One thing that really sets Boulder Springs apart is the exceptional maintenance team. They are always quick to
I am just a viewer who was reading some of the reviews that some of the tenants posted . I am applaud over the one review about the one tenant saying someone broke into his apartment and others saying how the air condition never worked during the summer months , and how their electric bills elevated to $300 dollars a month due to the apartment complex neglect to maintenance for the tenants ! Also, the required payments of parking and how if you come in late and at times you have to park one block away from your apartment unit ! How horrible when these tenants paid for private parking ! What if you have carry bags that far ! These apartments are suppose to be luxury living ! It is luxury living okay ! It sounds like a trick nightmare and after you move in here comes all the unexpected sec
I’ve been a resident here for over a year. I enjoy the place. Julie and Scott are a pleasure to have here. However, if there are people above you, you will hear them most of the time. People beside you, if they’re playing loud music or loud video games, you will hear them. So if you have to work early in the morning or work from home, keep that in mind. Parking is the biggest issue here. I’ve spoken to other residents and this is our main concern. Another resident has gotten into an argument with me over a parking spot. Sometimes people will park in the handicap spot when they’re not supposed to. You will often find no parking at all around your own apartment and will have to park at the office or find elsewhere then walk. There’s available apartments, however little free/close available p
I had a really good experience touring with Menta. This was my first visit to St. Louis in over a year since I left and I could not have asked for anything more. She was informative, knew a lot about the community. It's rare to come across someone so attentive and professional right from the start. If I decide to take the position here. I definitely will make this my home.
