Delilah is one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met—she walked me through every step of the moving process with ease and made me feel truly heard without any judgment. Julius is an amazing property manager who makes sure any issues are addressed and resolved right away. Because of the way they manage the property and how easygoing and supportive they are, I’ve recommended this complex to so many people. Couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!

The property manager Miss Malika is an awesome caring an efficient manager. I’ve been here since 2022 and she’s made so many wonderful changes her and her staff are awesome. The grounds are always clean and beautiful the flowers the trees it’s a pleasure to live here. I recently went through something that changed my life the transitioning of my mom who died on December 24. And her staff made this situation a little less difficult just with their concern and care. Boulder Point apartments is an awesome development and I would recommend it to everybody , actually I already did

I moved in October 2023 after retiring. It was the best decision I made for me and my family. They are robbing people in Parkchester. I have a new grandson and now I can sleep peacefully knowing me and my family is safe. I have a beautiful apartment. Malika took absolute care of us. She assured that my transition went smooth. My daughter has been here for years and wanted me to come. I am so thankful I made the move. It is wonderful here! I love it! I love it! I am never going back to the city!

They are going to charge you for things that you should not be getting charged for. They are going to force you to take out their renters insurance and if something happens to your apartment they are going to tell you the insurance covers nothing! Also me and my family have been here for almost 3 years when we moved the rent was $1725 and was suppose to be stabilized then all of a sudden it went to $1925. Now in 2024 they are currently FORCING all of the families out that were paying a lower rent price to hike up the prices. The 2bedroom is now $2550 and they fix nothing!! Do not move here! There are way better complexes to live at. Also the property manager is the ultimate scammer and multiple people have stated that she’s stealing and pocketing money.
