Boulder Pointe Apartments

The manager and the maintenance guy are great but overloaded. My daughter is in a unit full of mold. There was a huge leak for God only knows how long. She was getting nats throughout the Apt. She has a disabled son with lots of issues including asthma and there breathing in this mold. This has been a issue since she moved in. It's terrible. Hate to leave a review like this but this is my child and grandkids. . Black mold not a good thing for ANYONE!

I was visiting a friend. The parking was well marked and accessible. The buildings were clearly marked and the grounds were well kept. The apartment was well appointed, albeit a bit small for 1500.00 a month. Pets are allowed, but no noise or animal bathroom evidence was present. They seemed in keeping with rentals available in the Bend area, but that being said, there are better priced deals to be had. It's a darn shame renters cant seem to catch a break and get ahead....it just feels like the high rent keeps people from attaining the American dream of owning a home, creating this elitist profile in Bend made up of haves and have nots.

These are fairly new apts in Bend. The unit that my son is living in is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt. The entry is wide and spacious. Once inside it shrinks down to small apartment standards. Entry and kitchen are a nice wood grain linoleum. Carpet is brown. Kitchen is small with nice cabinetry. The main bathroom is huge, with what I would guess is a wheel chair accessible door. My only complaint would be that they might have skimped on the insulation/sound barrier in the space between floors. I would say that they are a little on the high side of rent cost, at 1100.00 a month.

Amazing place the manager is super kind and very easy to talk to. Never had a issue with living here me and my wife just moved in here and have been living here for about 4 months now and we love it! This is our first real home and we love everything about it. The neighbors are kind and the managing is amazing!

I lived here for 3 1/2 years and it's a very good space, management is awesome with maintenence and requests. Fast responding. Very good company and people. The property stays up kept and nice. I never had one problem here. Prices are also lower compared to others I've seen. I would Definatly recommend.
