DO NOT LIVE HERE. This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. Management is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. From the start, we were given an apartment with a non-working dishwasher, an extremely old refrigerator, and a dirty, poorly maintained bathroom. Despite this, we were told to leave the apartment exactly as it was given to us. In reality, we left the unit in better condition than when we moved in. We thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment, including the carpets. Still, management is refusing to return any portion of our security deposit and is charging us additional fees for alleged carpet damage that simply does not exist. Boulder Park was my first experience ever renting and honestly? It wasn't a great one. In the interest of being fair and honest there were some positives which I will mention, but a ton of negatives that overall made it not worth it. Pro's: - Location: Centralized location. Easy to get to Downtown Nashua, Manchester, and Boston quickly. - Maintenance: Maintenance team was always quick and kind when something needed to get fixed - Staff: (Generally) Nice for the most part. But can come off as passive aggressive, even if you bring up issues politely and respectfully. - Snow removal: Always on time and thorough. Been living here since September and whenever there was an issue, maintenance was prompt, pleasant, and quick to resolve right the first time. I'm enjoying living here.

We have lived here going on 6 years. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is well taken care of. Our apartment is large with plenty of windows. When an issue occurs the maintenance staff is quick to respond and resolve the issue they are efficient and reliable. Parking can get a bit hectic, I personally don’t think there’s enough parking for all the buildings, some days I need to park at another building and walk to mine it is a hassle if you go shopping. There are only 3 floors which is nice, but there aren’t any elevators if you have anything heavy you need to carry it upstairs. The complex is conveniently located near route 3 and Amherst street, it’s safe and quiet here, you get the perks of living in a city without feeling like you’re in a city.

Have been here for just under two months and have had a great experience so far! Staff and neighbors are all friendly and helpful.
