For the 1330 e minnesota st apartments: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Do not rent here. Property management claims “well all these people making $100k/year move here so rent goes up” lmao! I pay $1,000 per month for a HOTEL ROOM. It’s incredibly tiny and everything is cheap quality. 1in gap under door to apartment plus visible gap the entire way around. Nails at floor edges (carpet and fake hardwood) stick up, has a switch for a garbage disposal but no disposal, light switches put in the dumbest locations. Its very obvious the owner of this place is extremely cheap. (Using a different name so the owner or property management cant get back at me)
Perfect place if you’re just starting out or single retired people. To small, no storage areas, 1 drawer total in the apartment
