Bottineau Ridge Apartments

Apartments are good. The management is non existing or should I said existing only for collecting rents and fees. One day late they charge you 100$. But when I moved out and was told that I would get my security deposit back in full, it's 26 days and i still didn't got my deposit back. Now this company ignored all my emails, phone calls.

Felt like I was singled out in this place, moved out 4 months of living there to avoid being evicted. My apartment was move in ready when I left and I have video to prove and my deposit was taken, didn't feel like going there with Marcey or management. Marcey dose not know how to talk to people and should be evaluated. Even the signs they post are offensive. Its not what you say its how its said. Overall I loved the apartment it self and the neighborhood. I would rent any property Marcey not managing.

Horrible place to live with children do not move here im suing duffy development company for deposit and illegal lock out of my apartment

Terrible apartments, very cheaply made and could hear everything through the paper thin walls.....

Do not rent from here! Run!
