Botanic at Ingleside

I’ve had a great experience living in Botanic at Ingleside. The apartments are excellent, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and everything is very well maintained. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I’d also like to give a special thanks to the manager, Aliyah. She is very kind, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. I highly recommend this place to live.

Do not waste your time at this complex. Lived there over 2 years ago and they claim i “never” paid my move out fee when I know for a fact I did (and i know exactly what the chargers were for) and instead of contacting me like normal people when it happened… sent it to collections 2 years later. On top of that when i lived there neighbors are awful (you can hear everything, i mean EVERYTHING through the walls), trash is all over the stairwells, and don’t be surprised if your car get broken into regularly. Do not waste your time here there are way more beautiful complexes who aren’t ran by an awful staff.

Let me begin by saying I had no intention of leasing here when I initially popped in to tour the space in January. I was toying around with the idea of selling my home and wondering if apartment life was for me. They were a block away from my home so I decided to pop in to take a tour. Amber (Property Manager) gave me a tour, and I instantly fell in love with this place. The weeks after, nothing I toured compared to the value I found here. The property is well kept, I love the finishings inside the apartments and this view every morning is the perfect start to my day. The 2-story gym is to die for! The business center is perfect for those like myself that work from home but like a change of scenery or need to conduct a business meeting. Y'all the staff is absolutely amazing! I can't say

I came to visit a friend and the facilities are gorgseous! Seriously thinking about moving here. And the location is not too far from everything including the beach! Danicca and Brittany at the front were also super nice! They didn't even know Mr and greeted me when I came in. Great place.
