I kind of wish they didn't pick up after the 5th phone call, extremely rude
Worst appraisal. Poor and shameful job was done. They have not returned a single phone call. I will never allow them on my property. If you are getting a loan, and the bank assigns this company, you cna refuse to allow them on your property and request another appraiser. In all my years of real estate transactions (and there have been plenty) I have never dealt with such an incompetent appraiser.
Great owner, quality work, and a warm atmosphere.
