I have visited the apartment office several times to report incidents of vehicle theft and break-ins that have occurred in our parking area. Despite my repeated reports about other residents’ cars being stolen or damaged, no effective action appears to have been taken to improve security. Recently, my own car has been broken into and damaged (and possibly stolen). This situation is very concerning and frustrating. I am requesting that the apartment management take immediate action to address this ongoing security problem, including increasing surveillance, improving lighting, and ensuring resident safety in the safety in the parking area.

My car was towed without proper notice, and instead of helping, the staff gave me the wrong address to retrieve my vehicle. I wasted over 40 minutes driving to the wrong location. Even after paying all the fees, I was sent to yet another address. What made it worse was the unprofessional and unhelpful behavior of Irene. She was dismissive, showed no empathy, and made an already stressful situation even harder. I expected more responsibility and communication from a leasing office. Mailboxes are being robbed every now and then. Literally for 40 50 houses the mail boxes were opened and got stolen. Its keeps on happening. The community does not put any camera all they say is file a police report we will talk to the management thats all. No precautions nothing at all. And charging a fee to change the mailbox lock which is again the apartment property not mine like why would I pay. This is not a secured and safe place. Stealing and incidents happens understood after all its Dallas but management is supposed to take action rather than telling me what to do and how they will take my money out. ThankGod my lease ended this month. I an so done with this place. ITS NOT SAFE DONT COME HERE.THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AT ALL

The most unsafe place apartment they broke a lot of cars every day no one care about this every where trash even they stole my credit card from mailbox they don't have any responsibility here I don't know what they are working at the office even they can't take any action that's way every night they broke the windows.

I have lived in this apartment for 5 years, when I moved out not only did they take the full deposit but they also charged me extra $330. I mean you can’t expect the place to be perfect after living there for 5 years we made sure to clean everything before we left. But they want to charge me to change the fridge and stove which was working perfectly. Renovation is the apartments responsibility not mine and if I’m supposed to pay for some damages you have already kept the $600 deposit. I don’t understand the extra charge. Not to mention this apartment is not well kept nor does it have clean environment.
