Opened up concrete floor and ran, tub drainage, toilet drainage and underground part of vanity drainage to the existing vertical 4” PVC pipe coming from above by also using PVC pipe. He asked me for 50% of the total amount so I paid him $1,250. He never came back to finish the job in spite of my numerous texts and calls.
