The building and grounds are very well kept. The individual units are for the most part ok. Nothing fancy here laminate countertops, no dishwashers. Small refrigerators and you can't have a larger one or a second one. No freezers allowed, or portable dishwashers. Rules are stupid and make little or no sense.
Great property and staff, definitely one of the best communities in the area.
Not all its Cut Up to be!!!
Horrible staff and ruth and her daughter think they own the place i will be in touch with Peabody properties on my issues with them and how they talk about ppl that live there ruth u r a bully but u dont scare no one I will not speak of my issues in detail here but I will with cooperate ppl dont rent from here u will be sorry if u do atleast until ruth and her daughter are out of here to be cont..
