I recently learned of a bad experience with Mr Allen as my son was a tenant. He paid on time every month and had started paying month to month because he had been there several years. He paid security deposit plus first month rent. Now he had put in his notice in and turn his keys in. I cleaned the apartment myself, so I know it was move in ready. Mr. Allen decided to right up some bogus letter charging him $500 for paint touch up. Why when you can paint a whole room for that price. What happened to normal wear and tear, not rob and steal. He also charged for cleaning $125 when I know it was clean because I did it myself. Another charge of $50 for something. He stole $675 of my son’s security deposit and that it. I can’t take him to court, but if I could I would. My son is so good hearted

I can’t speak for anyone else, but if I visit a business that deals with real estate and I’m asked to explain what I mean by, “I have an investment property to sell,” I would clearly not feel comfortable with you handling such a large transaction on my behalf. The realtor believes that they set the amount of commission that you will offer the buyers agent. They are clearly not up to Speed on why the realtor lawsuit settled in August 2024 mentions that the commission is negotiable and nowhere does it say you have to offer the buyers agent anything. Again, I can only speak for myself.😏

My husband and I just purchased a house with Boone, Hill, Allen & Ricks. Rachel Batts was the most wonderful agent to work with.
